Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. What does the site fee include?A. The site Fee includes the rental of the grounds, the wedding ceremony on the beach or grass, and the bonire on the beach.Q. How much is the site fee?A. That depends on time of year and number of people. Please speak with our wedding coordinator.Q. Does the Pelham House provide catering?A. The Pelham House does not provide catering. All outside caterers must be licensed and approved by the Pelham House.Q. Are there any Noise Restrictions in the area?A. The town of Dennis Port has a noise ordinance at 9:45pm.Q. Are there time constraints on the ceremony/ reception?A. The max reception time at the Pelham House is 5 hours. The 5 hours does not include the ceremony.Q. Can we bring in our own liquor?A. No. The Pelham House has a liquor license and will be in charge of all alcohol. Sug- gestions on types of beer, wine, and liquor are permitted.Q. How late can the bonire go?A. After the reception the bonire will start immediately. The bonire can last throughout the night and has no time constraints.Music (iPod, stereo) must not carry up to the lawn area or will be asked to turn off.Q. What is needed to secure a date at the Pelham House?A. A 25% non refundable deposit of the site fee will secure the date.Q. Is there a minimum requirement of rooms that need to be booked?A. In order to have full exclusivity of the hotel, 30 rooms need to be booked. All wedding weekends are two-night minimums, with Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day three nights.Q. Does the Pelham House do Weddings all year long?A. Every weekend in May, June, September and October. As well as the last two weekends in August are available. There are no weddings in July.Q. In case of bad weather is there a Contingency Plan?A. In regards to the ceremony, the ceremony would be moved underneath the tent. The Pelham House does not have any indoor facilities to host a wedding.
